One of the biggest summer events in Hibbing is Iron Range Street Jams, a downtown block party bringing live music, food, drinks, and community fun to Howard Street.
June 19: Country Music Night
The first Iron Range Street Jams event takes place on June 19 with Howard Street closed between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue in downtown Hibbing.
Live music begins at 6:00 PM and features:

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, the 34th Annual Gallery Hop will transform Howard Street into a showcase of local art, music, and culture. From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, visitors can explore 15 galleries in a single afternoon, meet talented local artists, enjoy live music, and discover the incredible creativity that exists throughout the Iron Range.
The event is completely free to attend, rain or shine, making it a perfect afternoon activity for residents and visitors alike. Simply look for the balloons throughout downtown and follow the trail of art, music, and inspiration.

Unlike a traditional Oktoberfest celebration, Hibbing Oktoberfest combines friendly competition, local businesses, and downtown entertainment into one unforgettable event. Teams of four will travel throughout participating downtown locations, competing in a variety of games and challenges to earn points throughout the day and evening.
Each stop will feature a unique game, activity, or challenge, giving teams multiple opportunities to climb the leaderboard.
